Dr. Rhee earned her medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in West Virginia. Completing her General Surgery Residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, Dr. Rhee then received formal training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As chief-resident, she ran the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery clinic in the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center.
