Shutters By Design was started in 1995 by Henry (Hank) Franklin. Due to it's excellent service, the company quickly grew in popularity and expanded. The current owner, Donny Boss, worked alongside Hank for many years, helping to enhance and improve the company's service offerings. Upon Hank's retirement, Donny took charge of the company and has been lending his extensive industry expertise to clients of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia for years.
