Happy Feet Plus is a Florida Based shoe company that was founded by Jane Strong & Jacob Wurtz in 1985. The company was first opened as a kiosk in Tyrone Square Mall, St. Petersburg. Soon, the company expanded on the West coast of Florida and became a preferred brand with nine retail stores in various locations from Clearwater to Fort Myers.
