Amazen Things. Which is a popular family fun park on Australia’s’ Phillip Island, has turned twenty this year. A long-time employee reflects on what has been a fun but rollercoaster ride for the park, so to speak.

Running since 1991, A Maze’N Things is a unique, award winning theme park located on Phillip Island. It is a magical world of illusions, puzzles, mazes and mini golf that provides hours of fun for the whole family.
Phillip Island is about two hours’ drive from Melbourne, in Australia and is blessed with a wide variety of both natural beauty and fun things to do. For such a small island, there is no doubt you could be kept busy for many days, without ever getting bored.
In one location you can be shrunk in our shrinking room, become lost in one of our mazes or fall down the “Look Out” slide. There are activities to test your motor skills, perception and memory. All our attractions are stimulating, and require you to get involved in some way. Whatever you decide to do, we know that you’ll be laughing all the way .
One of the key attractions here and where the park gets its name from is our maze. It has over two kilometres of passageways and takes the average visitor around forty five minutes to navigate. It is a favourite with the many school groups that come to visit us each year.
Our 19 hole Maxi Mini Golf course will challenge the best and worst golfers. It is loved by most of the children who come here, aswell as anyone with a competitive streak in them. Why not give it a try?
After your game of golf check out our gift shop that specialises in unusual games and puzzles. It’s worth visiting in its own right, especially if you need to buy a present for someone and want it to be entertaining, interactive and stimulating.
Our Puzzle Café serves a variety of light lunches, snacks and great coffee’s. We have a fantastic selection of brain teasers and puzzles in our Café that our guests can use whilst enjoying their snack. Perfect for distracting the kids while the parents kick back and enjoy a coffee.
While you are here why not treat yourself to a gelato or some lollies from our new shop Lolly Lips, Phillip Island’s premier ice creamery. All of our gelato is made by us on the premises using fresh ingredients. If you are lucky enough you can watch us churning some gelato and then taste it in only minutes after being made!!!
Café Chocolatte serves wickedly delicious coffees, hot chocolates, chocolates, truffles and desserts. Choose from dark, milk and white chocolate in many various flavours, shapes and forms.....all of which will be a little slice of heaven.
In twenty years we have seen our park grow from humble beginnings to what really is a bit of a tourist icon on our island. Which is pretty special seeing as how other famous attractions here include the Penguin Parade and the Australian GP motor bike race.
