Fitness practices should be sowed in a kid during the babyhood days. Strong diet, healthy habits, and vigorous routines should be trained to the children. A healthy thought infused in early days will help the kid when he or she turns into independent individual. Provide them healthy breakfast. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in children’s foods. A balanced diet is what it all takes to make the children healthy on the whole.

If the child keeps away from fruits, then give it fruit juices or salads made with fruits. But make sure the child gets fruit extorts. At young age, kids may not be conscious of health issues. Educating the child about the importance of health and fitness is a liability of parents. Make the child to drink sufficient amount of water. Fruit drinks can replace the water and can be given in the water-bottle when the child goes to school. Teach some basic exercises to the children and formulate them to do simple workouts daily. Apart from exercises activities like walking, swimming can be incorporated.

This will help them grow physically powerful. Sanitation is the most important issue that should be taught to children. Train broods to wash hands before and after meals. Make them brush their teeth twice daily. Dental concerns are common and vital at young age since the gums are not strong at that time. Educate the children on ill effects of chocolates, ice creams, and fried, junk foods etc. But do not be too severe when they wish to eat those items. Take care so that they do not grow it as a habit. Children need lots of vitamins and sometimes they do not get the required vitamins through the food.

If that is the case, than consult a dietician or doctor and make the child to meet its vitamin needs. Give the vitamin and calcium supplements to the child with advice of a doctor. The important thing is make sure the baby gets enough amount of sleep. A child needs to sleep more than the time that elders sleep. Keep them busy in the daytime by engaging them in various sportive activities. Then they will automatically get good sleep at nights because of the tiredness. Some gentle bed time stories will also do good to make children fall asleep. Go after these instructions so that child’s good health is ensured.
