The new partnership with Computer Networks will help MyNetFone enter the enterprise market. MyNetFone’s traditional customer base are SMBs and this new partnership program is a new initiative to expand into the enterprise market. The program is being supported by a range of new features and services which will be offered by MyNetFone including the upcoming release of video calling.

Computer Networks CEO, Brian Pereira, stated “Our strategic partnership with MyNetFone will help us deliver a high quality, cutting edge VoIP solution for small to medium enterprises on a multi-tenanted platform. MyNetFone’s flexibility and competitive pricing will allow us to offer enterprise grade solutions, priced per user per month with little to no capital outlay."
The partnership offers numerous advantages on both sides. "We’re looking for these sorts of partners; they have about 80 and IT Support professionals, they have helpdesk capabilities, installation capabilities. You put that together with 24/7 support, SLAs, and certification with key vendors, and you start to build a whole umbrella strategy for enterprise. And that’s where we’re heading in the next twelve months,” stated MyNetFone’s Technical Director, Rene Sugo.
MyNetFone will be the first in APAC and sixth in the world that has had its SIP trunking service certified to interwork with Microsoft Lync Server 2010 for unified communications.

Under the partnership, and computer support will provide installation of SIP trunking services to MyNetFone customers. This will allow business phone lines to be set up through the existing computer network rather than through standard phone lines. The service will allow for Voice over IP (VOIP) systems that are data centre based with a cloud offering. This means multiple tenants can be hosted in one environment allowing SMBs to take advantage of enterprise grade solutions.

New solutions will allow for dynamic phone numbers that can follow an individual from the office to their mobile to their home. This dynamic number along with integration with Microsoft Outlook and voicemail delivery by email mean that business opportunities are no longer missed. This service is also scalable meaning that companies can add users on a per user basis as their business grows.
