1. Living fit and healthy depends hugely on balanced diet. Be familiar with the right weight for your age and monitor your weight continuously. Check with your physician to find out what food you should avoid and you should eat. Follow the eating routines in disciplined manner. Food with high fiber content and low fat content is important to be incorporated in your grocery list.
2. Drink plenty of water. This is not only for women but for all. One should drink minimum eight glasses or three liters of water and other healthy fluids every day because water rinses the body from contaminations. It is also advised for lactating women to increase water intake to keep the body hydrated.
3. Consume vitamin and calcium supplements. For women of all ages, Calcium intake should be sufficient to be fit. Calcium averts having cramps and Pre-Menstrual Period (PMS) Symptoms. It also avoids Osteoporosis in menopausal women. Vitamin E enhances the immune system’s strength. Also, Vitamin E avoids wrinkles that occur because of aging.
4. 1.Stop smoking. Women should definitely avoid smoking and especially pregnant women should not even think of smoking as it will affect the health of the baby. Expecting women who smoke outdo the injurious substance of cigarettes to babies through the bloodstream. Also, studies that are conducted recently say that women smokers are more vulnerable to infections than men smokers. Breast cancer risk is high with women who smoke.
5. Do exercises routinely. The exercise can be in the form of walking, using stairs instead of elevator, playing with kids etc. These activities keep you busy and so even when you do not have time to go to the fitness centers, you can lose some weight. Workouts assist to limit the peril of cardiovascular diseases.
6. Women should certainly avoid stress since they are prone to too much stress. Stress results in one or more sicknesses. Take as much as time needed and get relaxed relax. Do not overlook to sleep well to renew your oomph.
7. Make use of the sunscreen creams and lotions to defend your skin from the destructive rays of the sun. Wear caps when under the sun to protect your skin. Too much of sunlight and its rays are bad for your skin. Skin cancer may result of too exposure to sunlight.
