So often small business owners find it challenging to identify and employ dependable people with skills to perform at high levels with any longevity. And when they do, they must stay competitive to keep them working. Ironically, the employment rate is still hovering around 8.8% according to United States Department of Labor and that is down from 2010. However, it stands to reason that there are people seeking jobs.
Lisa Thomas, Success and Leadership Coach, recently delivered a keynote address to local businesses and potential employees at a business and opportunity expo in Cary, NC. As a service, she provides life coaching for women. Additionally, she offers helpful articles and videos. Her intention was to provide potential employees a method for finding the right employer who would be offering the right job at the right time.
She began with asking “How would you like to get paid and never have to work?” Everyone responded with their hands raised. Lisa then stated “I’m about to share with you how you as a potential employee can get paid and never work again. For business women seeking employees, I’m about to introduce you to a method of finding potential employees that will readily accept your positions with vigor and passion.”
The secrets revealed at this event were not limited to participants seeking career or staff positions, but applicable to those facing many of life’s challenges. In fact, the secrets set the participants up for what she called “discovering a better you.” These secrets were also revealed on NBC 17, My Carolina Today and many were moved to take action. The life coaching for women secrets are now available via a series of online videos and articles.
She explains, “Most of our lives we are taught to get an education, get a good job and make good money, but rarely do we stop to think of our own passions and desires and if we do, we quickly dismiss them. In my experience, the happiest people pursue what they love while others suffer in careers, marriages and other relationships they dislike.”
Lisa further says, “The video series opens up the window to new opportunities and takes women on a journey of self-discovery. A mirror is placed in front of them to examine their authentic inner truth and challenges each viewer to take action in a new direction. If you’re not ready to breakthrough old patterns and acknowledge those subtle yet sabotaging thoughts and actions you’ve been taking, these videos are not for you.”
