An independent survey was recently conducted by the Auriemma Consulting Group (ACG). The survey was commissioned by MEM Consumer Finance Ltd (trading as PaydayUK) with 1000 customers participating.
Were the majority of PaydayUK’s customers happy? It would appear so as the survey found that nine out ten customers rated the service as a convenient way to get money quickly so that they can cover unexpected bills or expenses.
Key findings of the ACG survey were:
• 87% of customers would recommend MEM(PaydayUK) Payday Loan Lenders UK to a friend
• 95% of existing customers agree with the statement "MEM does what they promise to do"
• Customer satisfaction is 96%
• 9 out of 10 existing customers think MEM payday loans are a convenient way to obtain cash quickly

The survey finds that in general MEM customers are pleased with the service that they have experienced. They find that due to the service being totally online with no faxing or documents required, there is no fuss and a loan can be applied for very quickly and very easily.
