Southport, UK May 13th 2011 – Gladstone Brookes, who are a leading PPI Claims Consultancy, have released their first quarter figures showing customer service satisfaction levels for their PPC claims process. 96.58% of 937 clients surveyed said that they would recommend the service to a friend.
Payment Protection Insurance is meant to protect financial consumers against inability to make loan and mortgage repayments. However, it has been found, following extensive investigation by the IFA and subsequent court cases, that many PPI policies were mis-sold to clients. Nearly 1,000 Gladstone Brookes clients were surveyed in April 2011 regarding their experience with the firm and an impressive 96.8% said that they were pleased with the outcome of the claim. What’s more, the same number said that they would use the service again to help reclaim other PPI payments.
It is estimated that banks and other lenders will be excepted to repay a total of £9bn to customers that were mis-sold their mortgage and loan PPI policies. Nearly 95% of those clients surveyed said that they were kept informed throughout the duration of the process. This means that customers are always aware of which stage their claim is at and what comes next. 93.17% said that they believed the service to be good value for money.
