WOBURN, MA U.S.A. – June 06, 2011 -Daimer Industries, Inc., the biggest global supplier of completely electric pressure washers to 50 Hz customers, introduced its most mobile Vapor-Flo® 7600-class machines. The 130 bar Vapor-Flo® 7675 line is configured with a top-loading chamber that allows manual refilling away from a water source. The most advanced systems in the 7600 line, the machines offer high heat cleaning, advanced pressure power while limiting noise and exhaust.
"The 7675 line-up provides our 50 Hz clientele with advanced 130 bar pressure as well as the most portability options we’re offering in the 7600 series," according to a e-mail from Daimer.com executive Matthew Baratta. "Most importantly, the machines offer all these capabilities in an electric design that is quiet to operate and fume free."
All-Mobile Electric Pressure Washers
Daimer®'s enhanced 7675 yields assessed and rated cleaning pressure of nearly 130 bar coupled with water flows that list at 3.8 LPM. The top-loading power washers boast two-temperature operation for jobs that require heat and those that require no heat. The electric pressure washers are powered by commercial-grade, three phase, 440V motor systems offering 2.0 HP.
For reduced-fume heating, the electric pressure washers include an electrically powered, heater-coil-centered heater. The heater can attain temperatures topping out at nearly 80°C. Since the equipment uses only electrical power for generating pressure as well as heat, the units can operate in the most sensitive facilities, even those that manufacture computer parts, foodstuffs or medical products.
The heater units use the identical Daimer® Fast-Heat design found in company’s lines of electric pressure washers. The systems generally reach full operating temperatures in under half a minute.
The 7675 electric pressure washers are sold with 76.2 cm trigger wands with easy-on, easy-off connectors.
