Till date customers were using externally 100 KV generated High Flow Gun for higher film build up especially for Dual layer and Single layer epoxy coating.
Externally 100 KV generation has higher transmission losses which results in lower efficiency and higher maintenance cost.

With more then two decades of experience Mitsuba Systems Introduces world’s first Integrated High Flow Powder spray guns for pipe coating.
Integrated powder gun generates 100 K.V in gun itself and releases at the gun tip voltage. Both generation and use is at the same place. There is no high voltage cable. This eliminates the loss associated with transmission of H.V form the panel. Complete 100 KV is available at the gun tip. This enhances transfer efficiency and reduces the powder consumption. Also number of parts is reduced and hence chances of trouble are reduced.
Mitsuba High Flow gun can spray up to 70 kg/hr powder while regular guns can spray only 30Kg powder per hour. With the High Flow guns the customers has reported –
• Higher film thickness (up to 1000Micron) with less numbers of guns
• Suitable for Single, Dual and three layer FBE coating
• Higher working life with lowest maintenance cost
• Lower Initial cost
• Can be used as a STANDARD FLOW VERSION with the conversion kit. No need to buy separate low and high flow guns.
