Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning Equipment Adds 70% More Pressure

WOBURN, MA U.S.A. – June 09, 2011 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a leader in the international upholstery and carpet cleaning equipment market, has now increased the pumping pressure on two of its top-selling, advanced-value machines. The 50 Hz next-gen XTreme Power® XPH 5950IU and 60 Hz sibling 5900IU are now rated at 11.7 bar and 170 psi, respectively.

"These upgraded units also offer small footprints for major mobility -- a key concern for upholstery and auto detailing operations."
Mobile Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning Equipment
The products in Daimer®’s 5900 series have been manufactured for key applications that need both heat and ease-of-use for customers in 50 Hz as well as 60 Hz locations.
Each system is heated with an inline technology that achieves temperatures rated to 150ºF or 66ºC. The inline systems are designed to reach top heating levels in as little as 5 minutes. (Tank heaters can take up to 15 minutes).
The improved upholstery and carpet cleaning equipment employs core technologies found in Daimer®’s other carpet cleaners. For example, the 5900-class systems boast a low moisture flow system engineered to facilitate drying. (The machines offer dry time rated as low as 1 hour.)
The mobile carpet cleaning equipment is manufactured in reduced footprint cases that can be easily handled by most cleaning staffers. The units measure nearly 2 feet deep by up to 1 foot wide by as little as 2 feet high. The machines weigh in at less than 60 pounds. The cases have been guaranteed globally for a minimum of 5 years by Daimer®.
Both machines include paired 4 gallon tanks for recovered solution and 4.5 gallon tanks for fresh cleaning chemicals. The extractor systems are based on dual-staged motors and provide 100 cfm of extracted airflow and 100 inches of rated water column lift.
