Murrieta Pediatrician Office Expansion
The expansion project to the Murrieta Children’s Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG) office will double the size of the facility and allow for both sick and well child waiting rooms.

Children’s Physicians Medical Group (CPMG) of San Diego is proud to announce that the expansion of the Murrieta CPCMG office is expected to be completed in early July 2011. The improvements will allow CPMG pediatricians to better serve their enrollee population by expanding patient access with additional physicians in a larger, renovated space within the physician office location. The expanded Murrieta location will continue to serve as a primary care facility specializing in pediatrics.
The biggest improvement made to the Murrieta facility, besides the increased space, is the addition of both sick and well child waiting rooms in the updated floor plan. By separating children who are sick from those who are healthy, CPCMG hopes to help decrease exposure to contagious illnesses in its waiting areas.
Also enthusiastic about the upgrades to CPCMG’s Murrieta office are the doctors who will treat patients at the pediatric office. Dr. Griffin, who said that he has “…enjoyed living and practicing pediatrics in Murrieta for the past 3 years”, believes the upgrades will help improve patient experience at the practice location.
The high standards set by CPMG (affiliated with Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego), coupled with the knowledge and experience of the pediatricians in the group, make CPCMG Murrieta a place where children go to receive special care, not just routine medical treatment.
While spending time at CPCMG Murrieta, one is hard pressed to find a doctor or staff member who isn’t willing to go above and beyond the already high standards set by the location’s administration. Dr. Grant, a Murrieta pediatrician with over 20 years of pediatric experience, said that “in addition to general pediatric care,” she has “…developed a special interest in breastfeeding education.” It is not unusual to find Dr. Grant fielding questions from young mothers on lactation and proper feeding techniques.
