WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – June 22, 2011 -- Daimer Industries®, an acknowledged leader in car wash machines and cleaning technology, has announced shipment today of its Super Max™ 50 Hz 15250 car power washers designed for automotive professionals. The non-mobile units are powered with commercial-grade, electric, 50 Hz motors and heated with a schedule 80 coil systems.
"Our latest car wash machines blend non mobile performance and a balance of heat and power that removes hardened residues and vehicle grime without harm to automotive-grade surfaces," announced Daimer.com car power washers spokesman/media rep Matthew Baratta. "These new units have been designed with features that support high volume vehicle cleaning."
Stationary Auto Detailing Products
Daimer®’s new car wash machines have been based on a 1.5HP commercial-grade 50 Hz motor units. The pump systems, which Daimer guarantees for a 5 year minimum, support direct drive and continuous use operation. As well, the non mobile car wash systems are equipped with high pressure injection capabilities for dispersing chemical cleaners. The car wash machines have been designed to accept optional support for multiple users and trigger guns.
Daimer® sells the new car power washer systems with 3-modes of heating: heated, not heated and wet steam. The heater systems use a fuel-friendly unit that includes a 34-liter tank for 3 types of fuel. (Daimer® sells the machines in configurations that can accept: heating oils, diesel or kerosene.)
The new car wash machines can attain dirt-ready cleaning temperatures as fast as 30 seconds. Each Super Max™ 15250 auto detailing pressure washer can generate 165ºC wet steam.
The mobile car wash equipment comes in a powder-coated enclosure that resists rust, chipping and chemical damage.
