WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – July 04, 2011 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, which supplies advanced cleaning systems to janitorial professionals, has announced intentions to offer a high-extraction rug wand with its 9000 series of 60 Hz XTreme Power® carpet cleaning machines. The wand is designed to increase suction by 40 percent, the company says.
"The new 12-inch rug wands feature a sealing technology that increases extraction power -- it’s like adding an additional vacuum motor," maintained Daimer.com rug technology spokesperson Matthew Baratta. "Each wand is ruggedized and engineered to speed up cleaning jobs performed by the carpet cleaning machines."
9000 Series Carpet Cleaning Machines
The Daimer® floor wands for the 9000 series of floor systems generate added suction by employing a composite/plastic that produces a better seal on carpet surfaces. The improved “fiber grip” produces more suction using the existing vacuum motor configuration. The wands are light in weight, chemical-resistant and self-adjusting, which allows the heads to produce the optimal seal at different angles.
The carpet cleaning machines that received the wand upgrade include:
- XPC-9200, an unheated model that features 150 inches of water lift and pressure levels of up to 220 psi.
- XPH-9300 series, heated carpet cleaning machines that feature super-fast drying times, a heating system capable of 210ºF and pumps that can generate as much as 220 psi.
- XPH-9600 series, the most advanced units featuring the new wands. These carpet cleaning machines offer adjustable pressure levels to 500 psi, multiple vacuum motors and oversized solution and recovery tanks.
