19 LPM Car Auto Detailing Machine Offers Maximum Power

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – July 13, 2011 -- Daimer Industries®, a market-leader in auto detailing pressure washers, has now offered up for sale its most powerful 50 Hz non-mobile car pressure washer machine. The Super Max™ 15750 is being sold to offer the most advanced performance in surface-safe, high pressure, high flow steam technology for vehicle cleaning. The new Super Max™ stationary system employs a single phase, 220V-240V motor designed for customers without 60 Hz compatibility.
"This new, high powered auto detailing machine offers advanced performance while remaining within the thresh hold for safe use on vehicle finishes," noted Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com’s advanced vehicle pressure washer representative. "This new unit, in particular, has been re-engineered with features for cutting grease, removing gunk, and maintaining fragile paint jobs and automotive surfaces."
Auto Detailing 50 Hz Power Washers
Daimer®’s 50 Hz Super Max™ 15750 car detailing machine was manufactured around an advanced-performance 5.0 HP NEMA motor unit. The pump system is covered by Daimer® for at least 5 years and supports both direct-drive and continuous-use operation. The new auto detailing equipment was configured for stationary applications. The machine offers pressure levels topping at 103.5 bar, or 1500 psi and flow rates of 18.9 LPM, both represent the highest ratings among Daimer®’s stationary auto detailing machines.
The high-performance car pressure washer can be purchased with optional support for multiple simultaneous trigger wands. Other options include multiple hoses and customized lengths.
The machines include industrial-grade heating systems and can be configured for a range of fuels. The systems can hit a top range cleaning temperature of 165ºC. Each of the auto detailing machines will ship with an assortment of nozzles that include specialized options for blast and steam.
