Being the leader of world’s corporate player and visionary person for the society cal change in the global market towards constant development on the manufacturing sector and constant view through eagles eye towards constant up gradation for the common person. The CEO of JCB worldwide Sir Anthony and Madam Bamford along with directors of JCB group visited India manufacturing plants and to meet the workers who had made possible in India. Although Sir Anthony kept visiting India in the past too since JCB started their operations in India at 1978. This time was special purpose to visit India; it was JCB’s 65th anniversary celebration in Indian operations.
The first part of the visit was to Indian headquarters to see the Backhoe-India Business unit at the Liftall-India Business unit, which is in now full operations. Sir Anthony was shown the massive changes in the Backhoe-India production line since its inception. The production line capacity is currently is 100 units per day and Sir Anthony was pleased to see the line operating at close to full capacity. Lady bamford and the other directors of the company then visited to the nearby school at the Jharsaintly at Faridabad, Haryana state. The school is sponsored by lady Bamford charitable trust (LBCT) and the children’s and teachers took the opportunity to showcase all the achievements what the school has done so far. On this occasion Lady Bamford have said that the lady Bamford charitable trust (LBCT) will provide all the support “which is possible” in coming days too. The visiting guests also enjoyed a cultural program presented by the school, after they were shown the crafts which were being made by the students. The entire visiting team then moved to Ballabhgarh plant then to the nearby village Ladiapur, where the LBCT plays active role in developing the amenities and facilities. The villagers were pleased to see the progress made in the recent months, and left the guest with lasting impression.
The group then moved to see the heavy production business unit at Pune at Maharashtra. The entire group was extremely happy to see the business developments in the country. On the day two the entire team took business meeting with finance team of the team and private banks and non- banking finance companies to discuss various issues towards the future development and expansion of the company.
After visiting to the manufacturing plants across the states in India they moved to see the Taj Mahal at Agra. At Agra the entire team was delighted to see the monument built by them Emperor Sahajhan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz.
The entire team was eager to understand each activity of the company and eager to reach every corner of the production plants to evaluate the recent developments of the company. Since JCB is machinery manufacturing units in India it produces lot of noise while the plants are in active. The entire group was provided with Tour Guide System provided by Translation India in association with JCB India.
