Local realtor, Sean Bonini, has perfected his method of selling short sale homes in Arizona’s struggling housing market. Bonini’s website AZHomeHelp.com provides homeowners with information on Arizona short sales, and also featured short sale listings from around the area.

Bonini has been a realtor for nine years, becoming more specialized in short sales as the housing market has struggled. He has closed over 150 short sales in the past three years, and in May, closed the third largest Valley short sale in 2011.
The home, which is located in Paradise Valley, was appraised in 2006 for $7 million and was short sold in 2011 for $2,675,000. When the home was sold, the family owed nearly $4.5 million on their mortgage. Bonini was able to help them negotiate with the bank and find a way for their debt to be written off.
The AZ Home Help team closes homes and has deals approved in an average of 30-60 days after finding a buyer. Bonini’s closing ratio for short sale homes is over is 80%. He helps people find a way to settle with the bank, so that they can continue to live their lives after they have sold their home.
