Leamington Spa, UK, August 11, 2011 -- Appache Mobile LTD, a subsidiary of DNA Dynamics Inc (PINKSHEETS: DNAD) is delighted to announce that it has succeeded in securing the worldwide IP rights to the hugely popular Table-Top Miniatures Game (TTG) "Warheads: Medieval Tales" (Warheads).
DNA Dynamics, Inc. (www.dnadpk.com) subsidiary Appache Mobile (http://www.appachemobile.com) has signed an agreement with Urban Mammoth to take this successful brand into the virtual world, by developing the Warheads game for smartphones and tablets. The game will be developed by another DNA Dynamics subsidiary, Slam Productions Limited (www.slam-productions.co.uk, using their Rapid Development Technology, the 'Slam Engine'.
Warheads was released as a two player TTG in 2010, its release was accompanied with a series of full-colour, lavishly illustrated magazines. The accompanying material told the story of Sir Hugo of Deangard and his bitter rival Gui le Batard, as they gather followers to fight each other and go on amazing quests. Over the course of six issues the story unfolds with you in charge of the characters' destinies and development. This videogame will revolve around the same storyline however the experience will be reimagined as a fast paced episodic action-RPG.

Slam Productions recently announced details of its licensing model for their Rapid Development Engine, Slam Tech. The license will allow other developers to develop a single game or application and then rapidly publish to multiple platforms such as PC, iOS(TM), Android(TM), Sony (TM) PSP(TM), Nintendo(TM) DS(TM) and Wii(TM) without the requirement to reengineer each application specifically per device. With few key competitors in this space and the potential to create a multi-million dollar revenue streams the team at Slam believe they can become a serious player in this space.
