New Antibacterial Tile Cleaning Machines Incorporate Industrial Vacuums

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – September 19, 2011 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a global supplier recognized for professional-grade cleaning hardware, has now introduced its most powerful germ eradication line of vacuum tile cleaning machines. The new KleenJet® Ultra 8860-360CVP, which is equipped with Daimer®’s proprietary ATIS® antibacterial technology, can yield pressure levels approaching 150 psi of pressure and steam approaching 386ºF.
"These new 8860-360CVP tile cleaning machines offer the highest performance levels in their class, according to our research," disclosed Daimer.com healthcare and tile cleaning machines communications manager Matthew Baratta. "The new systems are sold with the commercial-caliber extras, such as oversized fluid capacity, which is required for the largest institutional cleaning jobs."
Advanced-Design Tile Cleaning Machines
Daimer®’s 8860-360CVP line of tile cleaning machines is sold with new generation pressure generator and boiler designs. The 8,500-watt machines produce overly dense, pressurized steam for longer time periods when compared to most competing, less powerful systems. The line of equipment comes configured for 600-Volts of 60 Hz three phase electricity. Other electrical/power configurations -- 50 Hz, single phase, and 440-Volt options -- can be acquired from Daimer® at comparable prices.
The Daimer® systems will ship with vacuum systems integrated with the units. The vacuums are expected provide 2200 mm of (fluid) column lift. The extraction units are designed to be effective on liquids as well as dry cleanup on allergens, pollens and dust particles.
For extracted waste, the tile cleaning machines include a 14 liter waste chamber that provides for maximum periods of cleaning operations without emptying. The updated vacuum tile cleaning machines also ship with 10-liters of storage for detergents, cleaning chemicals and other janitorial formulations.
