High Pressure Washers Systems Generate 96.1°C Heat with Electricity

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. – September 20, 2011 -- Daimer Industries, Inc., an established provider of janitorial-caliber high pressure washer systems, has now shipped the Vapor-Flo® 7960, the fifth model in an all-new, totally electric Vapor-Flo® 7900 model line. The 7960 units come with wheel-mounted cases for advanced portability. Each of the new systems is powered by 50 Hz heavy-duty 4.0 HP motor. The new high pressure washer systems are capable of flows reaching 7.6 LPM, high-pressure levels reaching 150 bar (or about 2175 psi), and hot water reaching 96.1°C. The power washers also can operate with just pressurized unheated water for heat-sensitive applications.
"Our 7960 electric pressure washers offer a very unique blend of flow rate, pressure levels and high temperature," disclosed Daimer.com’s marketing manager for Vapor-Flo® systems Matthew Baratta. "This is for our janitorial and business customers that need a single machine that delivers high-levels of performance without noise or fumes."
New High Pressure Washer Systems
Daimer®'s advanced Vapor-Flo® 7900 line is composed of 8 models, including units that can achieve 10.2 LPM of flow. The 7960 series of electric high pressure washer systems come housed in steel cases that have been powder-coated for enhanced safety and durability. These new machines are manufactured for use in 3 phase, 50 Hz, 440V electric environments.
The new high pressure washer systems include an exhaust-reductive design approved for use in beverage and food manufacturing, casinos, hospitality, and even medical/healthcare facilities. The 7960 electric pressure washers support continuous operation and siphon-type chemical dispersal. The machines ship with direct-drive pumps and nearly 10 meters of hose. Other machines in the 7900 line include the 7910, 7920, 7930 and 7940.
