Da Bruno Italian Restaurants Marbella Claims Third Place In The V Grand Prix

Five years in a row the Marbella Maritime Club plays host to the Platu 25 Grand Prix sailing circuit in the beautiful waters of the bay of Marbella. The Da Bruno boat came in third place in the first big trial of the V Grand Prix.
For sailing enthusiasts the Da Bruno restaurant group partakes in a variety of sailing competition, with the boat, which is easily remembered as the “Da Bruno.” For those who just enjoy beauty and sport, these sailing circuits are wonderful to watch in the waters of the Marbella bay.
In the case of the Platu 25 Grand Prix sailing circuit in the bay of Marbella, the V Gestoría Bravo Grand Prix began with the participation of 10 monotypes and a competitiveness that ended in a quadruple tie in the overall standings. The Servimil Pro-1, leader for coming in first in the last leg, the HST, the Da Bruno and the One are the top classified with 5 points.
The equality of these boats began to become clear given that Maria Fiestas aboard the One was dominating the race, though in a race circuit that did not exceed 4 knots and closed with delay after a single leg was disputed.
On the second day, there was also only a single trial but in different wind conditions. After noon from the west winds of 12 to 15 knots and gusts up to 24 knots and waves of a meter and a half.
It only took 9 minutes for Pablo Fresneda and the Servimil to pass the first mark, and 5 minutes under spinnaker completing the 3.2 miles. Upon arrival, competitiveness was at a high and as a result of this was the very close and thrilling final between the Da Bruno and the One, third and fourth in Sunday's race, respectively. Previously, the HST, skippered by Pablo de Villar, came in, very regularly throughout the weekend.
The performance of the Xanit Triay and the Bravo Sport were more discreet in this first trial of the Gestoría Bravo Grand Prix, who came in fifth and sixth overall. The Trocadero, the Solkysten, the Klados and the Corso finished this first general classification but did not make it into the top slots.
