October 23, 2010 - Heysham based IT recruitment consultancy ‘Mount Recruitment Ltd.’ has streamlined the process of matching its candidates’ skills to its clients’ requirements by adding a number of specialist microsites to its web presence. The microsites which deal with specialities such as Sharepoint, Flex, PHP and SAAS can be accessed via links at the bottom of the 'About Us’ page on www.mountrecruitment.co.uk.
Clients wishing to recruit specialists in one or more of these fields can now post their vacancies on the corresponding microsites where candidates specialising in these aspects of IT also post their CV’s. Mount Recruitment's Director Mr. Grant Bodie said his company had “worked at the heart” of the thriving IT recruitment agency sector for many years and knew that some employers and candidates in the industry had “a negative mindset” when they entered the employment arena. However, Mr. Bodie also said IT recruitment had “more than halved” when compared with the start of the financial crisis and remained at a level “not seen since January 2004“.
