Software development is a process in which companies in it provide services such as the development, maintenance, publication of computer software e.g. software services, training, documentation, consulting, etc. There has been tremendous changes in terms of software development languages and delivery as various new tools such as Microsoft .NET Technologies, PHP, MS SQL Server, AJAX, ATLAS, Silverlight, JAVA Technologies, J2EE, JSP, J2ME, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MySQL Database, ORACLE, etc. have come up over two decades of time.

Thus, a clear mention of the total project pricing and milestones at which the charges will be paid should be included as an important point within the contract.

There should be proper goals defined for the team and client should be updated every week of the development made. And in case if there are any issues developers can be kept well informed in time.

Selecting the right partner is often defined as a difficult choice to be made as Software Development Company, which leads to several consequences at a later stage, makes sometimes-false promises.
