With unprecedented demand for rental properties in and around Chelsea, Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings, already London’s largest, independent lettings-only agent, has opened a new office in the heart of prestigious riverside development, Imperial Wharf. As appointed letting agents for the developer St George Central London Ltd., the company has already let over 500 properties at the development since its launch and now both tenants and landlords will benefit from being able to talk to an experienced letting agent in a convenient on site location.
This is the second new office to be opened by Benham and Reeves Lettings this year – the first opened at Canada Square, Canary Wharf in June, bringing the total number of offices across the capital to ten.
