The courage of a mother should never go unnoticed and we believe her strength should not be underestimated. The film "Discovering Ours Mothers" is a full-length documentary depicting the importance that a mother has, not only on her children but also upon who they become in society. At the very heart of each of us, we do know that we would not be where we are today without a 'mother' investing in our daily lives and our future. Our hope for the "Discovering Ours Mothers" series is to help educate people on a mother's complete and true impact on society as well as to promote lasting values for our children as our future leaders. It is important for us to impart the awareness of the vital role that one person can have in helping the world, by the influence she has on a child.
The director Justin Wayoro has the vision and skill to ignite this project and the dreams of individuals and companies needing visual media. About Justin: Born in the Ivory Coast of Africa and raised in Silver Spring Maryland, Justin moved to the United States at the age of 5. He grew up with his 5 sisters and one struggling parent, his mom. As a child Mr. Wayoro did not have a lot of processions. What he did have however, was an extraordinary mother who taught him how to work, earn an income and manage his own money in order to have everything in life that he needed. Starting at an early age through the rich insights of his mothering he learned the basic foundational principles towards maintaining a satisfying life, which is financially successful.
His college preparation begun at Montgomery College in Rockville and finishing his associate's degree in Visual Communications at Gibbs College in Vienna. This is where Justin developed his passion for multi media and video productions and began a working knowledge of the non-profit world of possibilities involved in helping your fellow, sometimes less fortunate man.
