They are probably the only local café that serves full table service, the best leaf tea, and the best locally available fresh produce. Every product from the café including scones, muffins, cakes, hamburgers, soups, quiches, lasagna, and pancakes are made on the site every day. They also serve a wide variety of breakfast including varieties of focaccias, burgers, sandwiches, bruschetta and other vegetarian meals. Customers can also choose from the best morning teas, ice coffee, milkshakes etc. They're also popular for the Devonshire tea. Janice's Cofe Pot is strategically located to allow guests to enjoy the view of the Mandurah water front. As for catering for an office or other such similar occasion, they can arrange for morning teas, lunches such as sandwiches etc.
"We'll soon be offering readymade take away food later this year. And just like very product from the Janice's Cofe Pot stable, this too shall be fresh and prepared every day," says the spokesperson at the coffee shop.
"The main aim of this coffee shop is to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where coffee is served in the old fashioned way. Everything, right from the ambience to the atmosphere here is simple and designed in a manner so as to make the person feel comfortable, and at home. Even when it is rush hour, customers aren't hurried into and care is taken to ensure they enjoy the place. We don't merely pay lip service to the term customer service; we live by these terms," adds the spokesperson. As for the menu, they serve wide and varied dishes including bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, bread etc Full table service allows staff to mingle with the customers. In fact excellent food and some serious service form the basis of this waterfront café.
