Cuenant & Nazareth, P.A. was founded by managing partners Winston Cuenant and Richard Nazareth II. Cuenant received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where he was a member of the Honors Mock Trial Team and was publicly recognized for his outstanding services in pro-bono work. Cuenant is admitted to the US District Court Southern District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar. His expertise includes practice areas such as foreclosure defense, consumer chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy, corporate chapter 7 bankruptcy, contract formation, real estate litigation, and complex commercial transactions.
Nazareth received his Juris Doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He has tried hundreds of bankruptcy and civil foreclose defense cases in the State of Florida and is additionally a member of the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, U.S. District Court of Florida for Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts. Nazareth is currently seeking an LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama. Nazareth's practice areas include chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense law, real estate litigation, family law, and tax law.
