The Star Telegram reports that famed ventriloquist Jeff Dunham was at Lincoln Park Barnes & Noble in Dallas on 8th November to sign copies of his new book for fans that flocked to the occasion. The crowd was no surprise given that Jeff Dunham was the highest grossing comedian in the world in 2009, easily beating out his closest competitors such as Chelsea Handler and Dane Cook.

Not only is Jeff Dunham among the first few hits, he has actually accumulated over half a billion views for various clips of his performance. Not bad for a starving artist who was once lucky to earn $5 a show for performing at birthday parties.
All By My Selves is a candid account of the story of Jeff Dunham. Interspersed within the rags to riches tale is a series of first-hand accounts of memorable performances. Some are funny and others bizarre but all are dressed in the insights of a sensitive performer.
