New York, NY, November 27, 2010 -- Sun National Bank has recently renewed its contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy for its fourth year of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) training. Achieving a Fair and Respectful Workplace will continue to be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®.
Achieving a Fair and Respectful Workplace, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, teaches students how to welcome diverse co-workers and maintain a fair and respectful workplace, as well as other EEO and HR policies and procedures that fulfill EEO legal requirements. Topics covered include, history of EEO, federal and state law, types of discrimination, such as age, disability, national origin, pregnancy, racial, religious and sex, types of harassment, such as quid pro quo, economic, environmental and tangible employment action, third party harassment, sexual harassment, what to do if harassment occurs, retaliation, rights of victims, witnesses and accused, and additional supervisor responsibilities.
