Property management experts, Omnicroft have announced a comprehensive plan that is sure to help real estate asset owners. These plans are geared for everyone including leasehold and freehold property owners, flat management companies and landlords.
Their plans cover an entire range of property management services including preparing of annual budget and year end accounts, collection of service charges, maintaining accounts, arranging insurance cover, contract cleaning and gardening, dispute management, company secretary services, risk management, and even compliance with health, fire and safety requirements. Clients do not have to worry about anything including environmental issues. Among the areas covered include Cambridge, Kent, Essex, and London.
"There are way too many companies that hide behind glitzy ads and over the top promises, but deliver zilch.
