ESPN.com previewing the game to be played between Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins at the FedEx field on Monday night, expect a reversal of fortunes for the teams. The teams had met in early October this year where the Eagles suffered a 17-12 home loss to the Redskins. Now, a month later, as compared to their opposition who have been embroiled in the McNabb controversy, the Eagles’ front seems serene. They are confident about their future games as depicted by the team’s defensive coordinator Sean McDermott who said "We're a young defense still. There are a lot of new faces and we just keep working hard. When you come to work and you work hard, good things are going to happen."
One of the good things happening to Philadelphia Eagles is the excellent form of their star quarterback Michael Vick. He had been knocked out in the first half of the game against Redskins in October and as a result had to miss the next three matches. However, Vick is back now. He told ESPN.com that “I'm not going to play this game scared or hesitant or conservative.” Redskins need to beware as Vick leads the NFL passer ratings with 105.3 points. In the games in which he has stayed on the field for the entire match, the Eagles are 3-0. They are expecting Vick to lead them to Super Bowl victory.

Jean-Gilles had suffered from a concussion in the game against Indianapolis last week. He has recovered quickly as he returned to practice this Saturday, reports ESPN.com. Though Coach Andy Reid has not confirmed his position regarding the Monday match, Jean-Gilles says "My chances likely are pretty high," Jean-Gilles said. "I feel good, I feel confident."
