"Life can be hectic; the constant rush can take its toll on your health, leaving you susceptible to illness and disease. Luckily, a new healthy-living website is available to give you advice and tips for staying healthy.
"
Brad Wessler, CEO of Association for Lifestyle Reform, launched http://www.alrassociation.org to give people simple tips and tricks for healthy living. The site is easily accessible -- you can read it during work breaks or even on the road.
“All the tips in this website are useful and easy-to-follow,” Wessler said.
The website’s layout was designed to create a peaceful and stress-free viewing experience. The colors were carefully chosen so that they wouldn't look too overwhelming -- the combination of white and blue colors is used which gives a calming effect to the mind.
Wessler says he’s received many emails thanking him for the tips and advice. The company is planning to add more content to make healthy living easy and accessible for everyone.
“No specific medical problems or diseases are targeted on the website. We wanted to keep it general to help as many people as possible,” Wessler said.
