Marku burst onto the elite strongman scene in 2006, making an immediate impact on his debut appearance in strongman competition by qualifying for the finals of England’s Strongest Man. It was there that he amazed onlookers by winning his very first major final and capturing the prestigious title of England’s Strongest Man.
