"Under out Title based timeshare system the client would attain interest as Tenant-in-common for the land on which our resort is constructed. It's a usual real-estate transaction with all the responsibilities and rights of the property ownership. Your timeshare week here might be rented, willed, sold or disposed of", stated the resort spokesperson while asked about their timeshare regulations.
