Online tool provides women the right fit and personal style in swimwear

Smart Sizing is available on the company’s website, www.aquabeachwear.com. In just four clicks, supplying some basic personal information, the shopper is presented a selection of personally sized and styled swim suit choices. Smart Sizing also is available at the company’s 14 retail stores throughout Florida, Arizona and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
“Finding the right size and fit in a swimsuit is a struggle for most women; an experience a just a bit more pleasant, and not by much, than having a root canal – until now,” said Mary Bauer, President of Aqua Beachwear. “Designers and manufacturers use a variety of non-standard size codes. The varying degrees of elasticity of the material as well as different support options only add to the frustration of the consumer.”
It does not have to be that way, according to Bauer, a noted swimwear fashion authority. “In our stores, customers will find an experienced fitter to help them select the right fit and style; now customers can find that same custom fit and style when buying online, thanks to Smart Sizing.”
In addition to sorting the bewildering sizes from the manufacturer, Smart Sizing also lets the consumer focus on her personal style, including cut and coverage. Smart Sizing provides a tailor-made selection and saves the information in a personal Smart Sizing account for future reference and ordering.
