Some hair styles are timeless and we will never get tired of seeing our favorite celebrities sporting these on the red carpet or at the beach. Others are more trendy and come and go with time. Trendsetters like Emma Watson and Victoria Beckham have shown that they can not only pull off these timeless classics but set the bar for new looks as well. Two of the top celebrity hair trends for 2013 have come to us from these ladies.
The Extreme Pixie. This is the cut we see Emma Watson with in her most recent photos after cutting off those luscious locks when the final Harry Potter film was complete. This style features very sculpted, close cropped hair and is worn by Halle Berry and Keira Knightley as well. This bold look is definitely one of the hottest trends for 2013.
The Signature Short. This hair style is for those who are not feeling quite bold enough for the extreme pixie but want to show off those beautiful necks and create change from their classic long styles. Victoria Beckham is sporting this style with a sharp, razored, medium to short cut with smooth lines and clean angles completed by some choppy, heavy bangs. Other celebs sporting the signature short do are Keri Hilson and Jennifer Nettles.
The Bold Color Bob. This is an extremely bold style and is seen most among those in the music industry like Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry. This cut involves a bold or unusual color chosen by the individual and a classic bob. This style will almost certainly be seen as a top trend in 2013 in the world of music.
Going Brunette. Since the marriage of Kate Middleton and Prince William we have seen more and more celebrities imitating her classic beauty and elegance by recreating her hair color. The age of the blond is over and the dawn of the brunette is swiftly approaching with 2013. This trend will continue into this year and perhaps longer as celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Jaclyn Smith, Sandra Bullock, and Adriana Lima continue to demonstrate their style and elegance with this timeless color.
