LA Bariatric Surgeon, Dr. Jeremy Korman, has long been known for the commitment he demonstrates to each of his patients - even after they reach their weight loss goals. Once again showing the importance of ongoing support, Dr. Korman recently teamed up with several patients to run the Los Angeles Rock n' Roll Half Marathon. Dr. Korman took a moment to speak on this milestone event.
"It was such a privilege to run alongside my patients in this year's half marathon," explains Dr. Korman. "It was an opportunity not only to celebrate their ongoing successes, but to show them just how far they've actually come." Dr. Korman practices at LA Bariatric Center in Marina Del Rey.

Dr. Jeremy Korman is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in today's top bariatric procedures, including laparoscopic gastric bypass, adjustable gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy and gastric imbrications.
Dr. Korman earned his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed his general surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Fellowship trained in laparoscopic general surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, he also completed an additional fellowship in bariatric surgery.
