As we at home adapt our tastes and larder to the winter season so do the Da Bruno ( http://www.dabruno.com/index.php"target="new" ) Marbella restaurants chain. Taking care of their customers’ health and nutritional needs is always central to the team at Da Bruno ( http://www.dabruno.com/index.php"target="new" ) Italian Restaurants Marbella. For the winter season of 2010/2011 the chefs have created twelve special winter dishes which are the stars of the restaurants and the delight of their clients’ palates.
Recognising how our physical needs change during the winter season, Da Bruno’s winter creations include risottos, meat dishes, fish dishes, soups, pizzas and pastas to suit our changing needs.
Variety is the spice of life and the winter dishes include delights such as macaroni with stewed rabbit. Duck and mushrooms play a starring role during the winter season with delicious dishes like roast duck served with a fruit of the woods sauce.
Warming, nutritional soups are also featured such as the Da Bruno onion soup served with Parmesan cheese crisps. For fish lovers one of the winter dishes is fish á la cocotte.
As always pride of place will be given to pasta dishes, which are served with fresh pasta made at the restaurants. Cooked al dente, these fresh pasta dishes are excellent plus they provide long lasting energy.
