Four new homeowners associations join Associa Nevada South, an Associa company, as it expands its Las Vegas client portfolio.

ANS provides Las Vegas association management services to condominium and single family communities, including financial, record-keeping and administrative services, as well as management and communications to the following communities:
- Manzanita Condominiums - A 408-unit condominium community in Las Vegas.
- Lone Mountain Village - A Las Vegas community featuring 180 single-family homes.
- Smoke Ranch Villas Homeowners Association - A 115-unit condominium community.
- Tanglewood - A Las Vegas single-family home community with 273 homes.
