Northstar Dermatology of Fort Worth Launches Newly-Designed Website

Over the past two years Northstar Dermatology has become well known in the North Tarrant Community for their unique and personalized quality of care. That principle now applies to how the practice is interacting with their patients online with the launch of a newly redesigned website. Dr. Sina Aboutalebi took a moment to explain the importance of Northstar Dermatology's new and patient-friendly site.
"A site re-design was important to us for a few reasons," explains Dr. Aboutalebi. "We wanted to create a central resource where patients could learn more about their condition, learn about the services we offer and stay current with advances at our practice." The new website at northstardermatology.com presents a user-friendly interface and secure patient portal.
Emphasizing the importance of patient-doctor communication, Dr. Aboutalebi went on to explain some of the site's additional new features. "Patients can now interact with us online, whether posting a question for the clinic or making an appointment on-line. Our new site also features direct connections to our social media as well as a fully integrated contact form with a patient portal."
Asked to speak on what sets their practice apart, Dr. Aboutalebi went on to say that "at Northstar Dermatology, we don't focus on cosmetics, but promote the health and care of our patients. Whether dealing with acne, psoriasis or skin cancer, we work closely with our patients to educate them and develop a treatment plan that's right for them. Patients can be assured that they will always see a board-certified dermatologist at our practice. In addition, we try to keep costs down by prescribing mostly generic medications and providing medication-savings cards when available." Dr. Aboutalebi's unique and personalized approach to patient-care has achieved him several awards over the past two years, including the "Patient's Choice Award" and "Compassionate Doctor of the Year Award", along with a recent nomination for one of the "Top Docs" in Fort Worth by fellow physicians.

About Dr. Aboutalebi
Dr. Sina Aboutalebi is a board-certified Dermatologist, specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. A native of the DFW Metroplex, Dr. Aboutalebi graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology from the University of Dallas in 1998. In 2001, he attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and graduated with honors in 2005. Following medical school, Dr. Aboutalebi completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
