Hainesport, NJ, January 21, 2011 -- It’s no easy task to find, transport and install an industrial-sized sugar diffuser, but this is exactly what used industrial equipment company, Perry Videx from New Jersey, has achieved for a sugar processing company based in Turkey.
The story begins in 2009 when sugar processor, Adapazari Seker Fabrikasi AS, needed to expand its business. It required a specifically sized and priced sugar diffuser and sought the assistance of used industrial equipment leader, Perry Videx. As it happens, Perry Videx had recently acquired 7 centrifuges from a company in the Netherlands that was cutting back on capacity. As a result, Perry Videx knew the company in the Netherlands had a surplus diffuser in the size needed by Adapazari. An inspection was arranged and in addition to the diffuser, Adapazari also purchased another key piece of used equipment. Perry Videx’s role didn’t end there. It not only arranged the sale but worked with its customer to arrange for the original equipment manufacturer to upgrade the diffuser and provide technical support, as well as assist with the transport of the used equipment to Turkey.
By the end of 2010, installation of the equipment was complete and the gleaming silver and grey unit turned on and operational.
