Our goal is to continue to grow our business by fostering long-term, Senior-level relationships with new and existing clients as their trusted Advisor on strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and other financial topics.
Sidstone, Gray & Partners practice has four main components:
• Mergers & Acquisitions
Our Merger and Acquisition advisory practice includes general strategic and transaction-specific advice regarding insurance mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and privatizations.
• Capital Raising
Through our registered broker-dealer, we provide capital raising services for our clients. Our equity expertise provides our Clients with access to high-quality private and strategic investors who raise their profiles within the Institutional Investment Community.
• Strategic Advisory
Our Advisors assist our Clients with special Committee assignments, takeover defenses, strategic partnerships, corporate development and joint ventures.
• Valuations
Our Valuation Services provides Clients with formal valuations and opinion letters. Whether a valuation is needed for tax planning, succession planning or in connection with an acquisition or divestiture, our advisors can assist in determining the fair value of your organization.

Global Markets Trading
Sidstone, Gray & Partners core business is specialized in the management of Client assets. The company operates its own trade name for accounts in the Global Capital Markets. The trading of capital market products extend to International Equities, including related equity-linked Products, Indices, Interest Rates, Commodities and Currencies. Sidstone, Gray & Partners leverage strong trading-strategies such as fundamental and technical equity long/short, event driven and managed futures. The strategy can be described as mostly discretionary, ultra short term trading. Positions are held for a few seconds to several hours. Through disciplined Risk Management and rapid market anticipation, Sidstone, Gray & Partners are able to perform above-average returns on capital.
