Pedal-Pedal, the newly launched on-line and 'on-the phone' specialist cycling accessories retailer, reports that over 40% of its business is now coming from female customers. This contrasts with typical ratios of around 10% according to industry insiders.
Pedal-Pedal.co.uk was launched in November 2012 after extensive research, which showed that there was a need to provide a greater level of customer service than is currently on offer, and that many regular cyclists were underserved by established online cycling retailers.
