For those dealing with the signs of premature aging, cosmetic dermatology now offers a host of minimally-invasive treatments for 'turning back the clock.' As one of Seattle's top cosmetic dermatologists, Dr. Jennifer Reichel of Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center was on hand to discuss an important new addition to this growing list of treatments: Belotero. Dr. Reichel - who is currently the number-one user of Belotero in the Seattle metro area - explained why she has chosen to add this filler to her practice, and detailed some of the treatment's most important patient-side benefits.
"Belotero Balance is new hyaluronic acid filler that works to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles and enhance a patient's natural facial contours," explains Dr. Reichel. "Quickly growing to become one of today's most requested soft tissue fillers, Belotero allows us to achieve consistent and customized results, based on each patient's unique cosmetic goals." Backed by years of research, Belotero is "FDA-approved for injection into the mid-to-deep dermis for correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds," reports the treatment's manufacturer.
Offering a uniquely customizable approach, Dr. Reichel went on to explain a few of the treatment's most important benefits. "Belotero is one of today's most advanced soft tissue fillers. This cutting-edge injectable has a distinct ability to integrate with the tissues of the skin, achieving a long-lasting, natural-looking result," Dr. Reichel explains. "What's more, like other fillers, Belotero is minimally-invasive, resulting in little to no downtime."
Commenting on the versatility and efficacy of this new approach, Dr. Reichel went on to offer this: "We are particularly excited about the results we've seen around the eyes," reports Dr. Reichel. "We find that the treatment is particularly well-suited for combating crow's feet and reducing the appearance of dark circles under the eyes."
Speaking on the emerging role of Belotero at her Seattle practice, Dr. Reichel concluded with this: "Since we introduced Belotero, the response we've seen from our patients has been overwhelmingly positive. I encourage anyone interested to schedule a consultation at our offices and find out more about this important new option."
