The powerful Z8051 microcontroller product family features a broad array of industry-standard 8051-based microcontroller solutions, offering customers a wider MCU base, with freedom to design products with their cores of preference. In addition, readily available development software from numerous third-party tools support centers means no change to the development environments for existing 8051 platforms.
The Z51F0410 MCU, a member of Zilog's new Z8051 product family, is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 4KB of Flash memory. This powerful microcontroller provides a highly flexible and cost-effective solution to many embedded control applications, including electronic locks, keyless entry systems and garage door openers.
With 256 bytes of RAM, 256 bytes of data EEPROM, two clocks per machine cycle, general-purpose I/O, multiple timers (2x8-bit and 1x16-bit), plus PWM, watchdog and watch timers, USART, buzzer port, I2C, on-chip POR, 12-bit ADC and much more, the Z51F0410 MCU is your 4K Flash solution for 8051 embedded application development.
