The SCS1xxGC Series, including the SCS108AGC, the SCS110AGC, the SCS106AGC, the SCS120AGC and SCS112AGC, are silicon carbide Schottky barrier diodes offering industry-leading forward voltage and fast recovery times.
They maintain low forward voltage (VF) over a wide operating temperature range which results in lower power dissipation under actual operating conditions. Low VF minimizes switching loss and enables high switching frequency, resulting in smaller passives and smaller end-product form factors.
Applications include Power Factor Correction/SMPS, Solar Inverters, Motor Drives and more.
