"Unlike the United States, Canada and England, the Australian real estate for sale by owner market is still in its infancy. Given also that the Australian newspaper market is very robust for real estate advertising there are no online application which allows the property marketer to devise and deliver a professional real estate for sale campaign that integrates and manages both web and print products in one seamless platform.
Simplistically we’ve been able to integrate two platforms of internet and print into one seamless online marketing application. He explained how developing the application posed a number of problems to generate a user experience in real time, and to the level that we required. “While the internet works on a platform of low resolution images to ensure fast upload, print requires a high resolution platform to ensure quality is maintained in the printed products. We had to integrate two opposing forces” he said.
Mr. Robins explained that from a marketing perspective, both platforms of web and print had to be used to create and deliver a professional real estate for sale marketing campaign. “This ensures the property seller achieves the best results in sourcing buyers so they can sell house. From a marketing perspective most property buyers use an array of media to research and buy property so this is what we needed to integrate in a website platform”.

All production is managed by the online marketing software in real time allowing the seller to check their campaign. Once approved the marketing software manages the distribution of the signage and brochures to printer to seller, video to production to live streaming and press advertisements to newspaper according to seller’s zip code location.

We’re also in the process of developing agent micro sites that will incorporate our web and print software.
