CSOFT International Ltd., a global communications company and leading provider of multilingual globalization services and language technology solutions, announced today the launch of the world's first 'Invent a Term Competition'. The Invent a Term Competition will commence on October 25, 2013 and end on December 5, 2013. Three winners will be chosen; the term with the highest "Like" votes wins a brand new Apple iPad Air. Second and third place winners will receive US$100 and US$50 Amazon gift certificates respectively.
"Languages evolve over time as life styles change," commented Carl Yao, VP of Global Strategy & Development. Competition Rules:
1. Submitted terms must not already be on Wikipedia, Dictionary.com, Urbandictionary.com, or any other third-party reference / encyclopedia site.
2. Every submitted term must be provided with a clear definition and domain / category assignment. Add images to improve the term’s popularity.
3. Only terms submitted in English will be accepted. (Terms will automatically be translated into other languages by users of the community)
4. Only registered user who have created at least 1 term have the ability to vote for their favorite term; one vote per person.
5. All terms must be entered through "Invent a Term Competition".
6.All terms submitted are subject to the TermWiki’s terms of use.
The three(3) terms with the most "Like" votes will win, so invite as many friends and fans as you can to vote for your term!
